Bryan Zaragoza was actually only supposed to move to FC Bayern in the summer. Due to the tense personnel situation, the winger is now apparently arriving sooner.

Bryan Zaragoza is not just moving from FC Granada to the German record champions in the summer, but will apparently support FC Bayern from now on. Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reported this on X (formerly Twitter) on Wednesday evening. Zaragoza told Granada that he only wanted to move to FC Bayern. Spanish journalist Marcos Benito also reported that Zaragoza would travel to Munich on Thursday to complete the transfer.

According to Romano, the new addition is scheduled to arrive in the Bavarian capital at 8 a.m. to complete the obligatory medical check on Säbener Strasse and sign the contract. He is then scheduled to train with the team for the first time on the same day. Granada will receive between three and four million euros in transfer fees plus bonuses.

Zaragoza was actually only supposed to come to Bayern in July

There had already been speculation that the attacker could move to the Isar during this transfer period. Due to the tense personnel situation with many injuries, the 21-year-old winger will complete Thomas Tuchel’s team in the winter. He was actually only supposed to come in July for a fee of 13 million euros and support the Munich team next season.

At Granada, Zaragoza has been a key part of the offensive so far this season, scoring six goals and two assists in 21 competitive games. The offensive player only made his debut in the Spanish national team last October, coming on as a substitute for Mikel Oyarzabal in the second half of the 2-0 win against Scotland.
