LOOK. Swings wants to do everything he can to extend his world title
Swings was considered the top favorite in advance and had to carry that status with him during the match. He had to control the race and then struck mercilessly just over a lap from the end. Our compatriot won ahead of the Canadian Gélinas-Beaulieu and the Swiss Wenger.
For Swings it is the second consecutive world title in the mass start, after he was also on the top podium in Heerenveen last year. In 2022 he was also crowned Olympic champion in Beijing, in 2020, 2022 and this year he became European champion each time.
