Jameela Jamil Joins the Cast of BBC’s New Legal Drama, The Split Up
Jameela Jamil, the acclaimed actress known for her roles in The Good Place and She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, is taking on a new challenge. she’s set to guest star in The Split Up, a six-part legal drama poised to captivate audiences.
This series delves into the high-stakes world of divorce among Manchester’s wealthiest individuals. The Split Up centers on the Kishan family, a prominent British South Asian law firm. Their success, deeply held secrets, and unwavering loyalties are about to face their ultimate test.
Recently, filming commenced with Jamil alongside Ritu Arya, who portrays Aria Kishan. Jamil’s last television appearance was in 2023’s Poker Face. Beyond acting, she’s a recognized activist and radio personality in the U.K., bringing a multifaceted perspective to her work.
