The President of the Republic, João Lourenço, despatched a message of condolence this Monday, twentieth, to the Supreme Leader of Iran, Ayatollah Khamenei, on the dying of the Iranian president, Ebrahim Raissi.
“In view of this unlucky occasion, I would like, on behalf of the Angolan Executive and myself, to current to Your Excellency and the Iranian folks our deepest condolences for the bodily passing of this illustrious character and his companions in misfortune, conscious of the void they are going to go away in your nation, to which they devoted a big a part of their lives, in protection of the noblest values of Iranian tradition and people of Iran’s affirmation within the live performance of countries as a affluent and sovereign nation”, wrote, João Lourenço.
The helicopter carrying Raisi crashed yesterday within the Iranian province of East Azerbaijan. Among the passengers have been Iran’s prime diplomat Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, East Azerbaijan Governor Malek Rahmati and Ayatollah Tabriz Mohammad Ali Al-e-Hashem.
