Full Metal Karate Athletes Excel at 13th Cucciolo Trophy in Turin
On February 7, 2026, the 13th Cucciolo Trophy of the city of Turin was held at the Palazzetto Delle Cupole. Athletes from the Full Metal Karate gym achieved success in both kata (forms) and kumite (sparring),under the guidance of national ASI instructor,7th Dan Master Vincenzo Tripodi,and 3rd Dan Master Giuseppe De Francesco.
Kata Results
The following athletes placed in the kata competition:
- 1st Place: Gheno Brandon, daniel Buccheri
- 2nd Place: Sirghi Gabriele
- 3rd Place: De francesco Virginia, Bottigliero Chiara, Sirghi Dennis
- 4th Place: Vogliobene Sara, Sasso Vittoria, Ludovico Giaretto
Kumite Results
The following athletes placed in the kumite competition:
- 1st Place: De Francesco Antonino (Juniors -55 kg), De Francesco Virginia (Under 12 -37 kg)
- 2nd Place: Sirghi Dennis (Juniors -68 kg)
- 3rd Place: Gjoka Davis (Juniors -76 kg), Sirghi Gabriele (Esordienti -48 kg)
President Grazia Andrea, along wiht the masters, expressed their pride in the athletes’ performance and thanked the parents for their support during the event.
