France provides another 3 billion euros worth of military aid to Ukraine.
French President Emmanuel Macron and his Ukrainian counterpart, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, signed a bilateral security agreement in Paris on Friday evening, the aim of which is to guarantee long-term civil and military support to Ukraine in the war with Russia.
In the agreement, France undertakes to provide up to 3 billion euros in additional military aid to Kyiv in 2024, after having provided 1.7 billion euros in 2022 and 2.1 billion euros in 2023, the French head of state said at a joint press conference with the Ukrainian president.
