puget Sound Area Updates
If you’re based in the Puget Sound area and live within 50 miles of a Microsoft office, a new expectation is being introduced. You will be expected to work onsite three days per week, beginning by the end of February 2026.

If necessary, you can submit an exception request by Friday, September 19.
Support for Managers
Managers,you’ll find dedicated resources and action items on the Managers@Microsoft SharePoint site. These tools are designed to support both you and your team through this transition.
Guidance for all Employees
everyone will receive guidance from their executive Vice President (EVP) or organizational leadership today. Remember, each business unit will tailor its approach to best suit its team’s needs. This means some groups may deviate from the company-wide expectations.
If you are located outside the Puget Sound area, no immediate action is required unless your EVP communicates otherwise.
