The 71st edition of the Miss World competition ended this Saturday in India, after two intense weeks of competition. The prestigious crown was awarded to Krystuna Pyszko, Miss Czech Republic.
Among the one hundred and twelve participants, Antsaly Rajoelina was able to conquer her place among the top 40, thus following in the footsteps of Nellie Anjaratiana, who had also reached this stage during the previous edition in 2022.
The Miss Madagascar Committee expresses its pride and thanks to Antsaly Rajoelina for having carried the colors of Madagascar high during this fierce competition, while welcoming the support of partners such as Bogasy Madagascar, Sih Rakout, Agence Totem, and Amazones Espace Beauté.
The first runner-up, Miss Lebanon, was awarded the coveted title of Miss World Asia and Oceania, while Miss Botswana and Miss Trinidad and Tobago won the titles of Miss World Africa and Miss World America respectively. The excellence of some candidates was also rewarded with travel opportunities.
Representatives from Lebanon, Australia, Botswana, England, Brazil and Trinidad and Tobago will have the privilege of discovering heavenly destinations such as Mauritius and other countries.
