New development in the case of missing economist Korhan Berzeg: Skeletal parts found

WHAT HAPPENED?
Work was initiated under the coordination of the Provincial AFAD Directorate for economist Korhan Berzeg, who was not heard from after leaving his home in Armutlu District with his dog Tina for a morning walk on June 17, 2023.
The teams searched for Berzeg and his dog for days in Armutlu and the surrounding forest area, as well as in nearby neighborhoods, water wells, stream beds and caves, but could not find any traces.
The dog, which was found between Geyikli and Armutlu neighborhoods on August 29, thanks to the attention of a citizen, was identified as Tina by the Berzeg family. It was determined that the dog was healthy and well-groomed. No results could be achieved by leaving Tina, who was fitted with a global positioning system (GPS) device, in the field.
