New York City truly comes alive with music in November, offering a diverse range of experiences for every taste. From intimate club shows to arena-sized spectacles, you’ll find something to move you. I’ve put together a curated guide to help you navigate the vibrant music scene this month.
Early November (November 16-19): A Blend of Genres
The week of November 16th kicks things off with a fantastic mix. Jihwon Na graces the stage at MISE-EN_PLACE on the 16th, offering a unique sonic experience. Simultaneously, Jens Lenkman will be performing at Music Hall of Williamsburg.
As the week progresses, the options expand. On November 18th, you can catch wendy Eisenberg, Ryley Walker, and Lily Talmers at Night Club 101 for an evening of captivating artistry. Helado Negro brings their atmospheric soundscapes to Public Records the same night. For a high-energy experience, Tom Morello, alongside friends, will be rocking Warsaw and Irving Plaza on the 19th.
Don’t overlook the more underground offerings. Dr. S+M,Molto Ohm,and DJ Olivia will be creating a vibrant atmosphere at Light and Sound Design on the 19th. Digable Planets are also bringing their iconic hip-hop vibes to Webster Hall that same evening.
