A 22-year-old man is in stable condition after being shot by ‍police in the Briarwood neighborhood of Queens ‍on monday morning. The incident unfolded after officers responded to a 911 ⁣call reporting a disturbance at a residence on Parsons Boulevard near 85th Avenue.
