Shooting Woes Continue to Plague the Magic
Last season, Orlando ranked among the league’s worst in three-point shooting.The acquisition of Desmond Bane was intended to address this glaring weakness. Unfortunately, Bane is currently shooting a dismal 26.9% from beyond the arc.
This slump, combined with a league-low volume of three-point attempts (and a 28th-ranked percentage), is crippling the offense. You’re seeing a team unable to space the floor effectively,making it harder for key players to operate.
