Szydło: There will be a PiS project

On Monday, MEP and former Prime Minister Beata Szydło announced that after Easter, the Law and Justice Club will submit a draft bill restoring zero VAT on food. The politician emphasized that her party always “focuses on supporting those who need help the most”, but also thinks “about development, thinks about the Polish economy, thinks about a decent life for Polish families.”

Szydło added that a similar project, but regarding energy prices, will also be presented by the club’s MPs if the government does not withdraw from the announced actions. Let us remind you that from July 1, the mechanism for freezing energy prices will cease to function, which in practice will mean their increase.

– PiS will certainly always be on your side and Tusk’s poverty, which we remember from the times when he was previously in power, will not return to Poland. So today we can say this: this team wants to focus primarily on their own goals, and if they don’t have money, they can’t govern, they reach into your pockets. I hope you will take this into account in the next local government elections, Szydło said during a press conference.
