Zelenskyy stated on X (formerly Twitter) that Russia continues to choose strikes over diplomacy and called on international partners to prevent Moscow from using cold as a weapon against Ukraine. “Every day, Russia could choose real diplomacy, but it chooses new strikes,” he posted.”It is indeed crucial that everyone who supports the trilateral negotiations respond to this. Moscow must be deprived of the ability to use the cold as leverage against Ukraine.”
