Raye Addresses Merchandise Delays on Current Tour
Raye has issued an apology to fans experiencing delays with merchandise purchases on her current “My 21st Century Blues” tour.
in a post on X (formerly Twitter) on February 17, Raye wrote: “I am SO incredibly sorry about the ongoing issues with merch on this tour. It’s been a complete disaster trying to get things to you all, and I’m truly gutted.We’re working around the clock remotely to make up for this mess, but it’s all I can think of in this moment to soften the blow.My deepest apologies to those of you affected. Love Raye.”
The tour began on January 22 in Łódź, Poland, and has been travelling across europe. Raye is currently performing in Manchester, UK, with shows on February 17 and 18.She will continue with dates in glasgow and Birmingham before playing four shows at London’s The O2 and two in Dublin. Following the UK and ireland leg, raye will head to North America in late March for a spring tour. tickets can be found here. She will then return to The O2 in London in May for two additional shows.
The tour supports Raye’s second studio album, ‘Escapism.’, which was released in February 2023. She announced the album shortly before the tour began and has been debuting new songs from the album during her performances.
Raye released the single ‘Escapism.’ in February 2023, which became her first UK Number one single. She followed this with ‘Prada’ and ‘Worth It’ featuring David Guetta, both of which also reached the top of the UK charts.
