satekles Business Center: A New Landmark in Riga’s Central Business District
Teh Satekles Business Center, an A-class office complex, opened in Riga in June 2025, strategically located in the heart of the city, adjacent to Riga Central Station, the “Origo One” business center, and the “Origo” shopping center. The complex benefits from it’s proximity to Riga’s primary public transportation hub and the future “Rail Baltica” station https://www.railbaltica.org/eng/.
The center’s anchor tenant is SEB banka. Currently, 2,200 square meters of space remain available for lease to one or multiple organizations.
The Satekles Business Center has received notable recognition within the Latvian construction and real estate industries.At the BREL Forum Awards 2025, a leading Baltic real estate event, the project was named “Project of the Year,” winning both the jury’s and the public’s vote. Linstow Baltic developed and manages the Satekles Business Center.The architectural design and construction supervision were carried out by the partnership of “SN&L” (“Sarma & Norde Arhitekti” and “Lauder Architects”). Construction began in March 2023, and the building was completed and put into operation in June 2025. SIA “Bukoteks” served as the general contractor,while SIA “Forma 2” provided construction supervision and BIM coordination for Linstow Baltic. BREEAM certification was conducted by specialists from UAB “SEES Group” of Lithuania.
