EIGHT Last year, Wednesday, March 9 2016, I had the opportunity to photograph the Total Solar Eclipse in Ternate, North Maluku.
At that time I took part in a photo competition held by one of the national media and the selected photo had the opportunity to fly to Ternate and see firsthand a phenomenon that not many people can see.
It’s not easy to photograph a total solar eclipse, especially with the equipment I use.
A 70 – 200 mm lens (not suitable for photographing a total solar eclipse) is the spearhead of the equipment I use.

In fact, the camera filter that I use uses used window film, because I’m used to “survive” 🤣
Crop finished? Certain. That’s the risk if you have minimal tools.
What was the window film for? Before the peak moment of a total solar eclipse, window film was used to photograph the eclipse process.
