After some time, it has now become public that another Swedish warrior has fallen in the defense of Ukraine.

It is about Patrik from Gothenburg and a memorial run can be found at Memorial on Facebook. Like most volunteer Swedish fighters, he has kept a low profile in Ukraine, but updated sporadically for a while an Instagram page where he states that he has two children. Last update was 33 weeks ago.
He must have belonged to the volunteer unit The Norman Brigade, which consists of volunteers from countries other than Ukraine and at least three continents. The founder of the association, a 38-year-old Canadian, must himself have been killed recently.
That the Swede has fallen has been known in Swedish volunteer circles for a few weeks, but in order not to worry the relatives of other Swedish volunteers, the information about this has had to wait.
Memorial has information on Facebook where you can donate to support the construction of a memorial monument in Rava-Ruska to fallen defenders and to support the heroes at the front.
