“The next stage of the interactive process is the alternative job search (AJS process), which consists of reviewing Tesla’s internal and external staff to identify possible vacancies”, he indicates. “Given the recent changes in the company, we also do not foresee vacancies of this type occurring in the short term. Therefore, we inform you that we intend to complete the AJS process at this time. As we have not identified an alternative position available, we will begin processing your departure from Tesla on May 3.”

At no point does the letter use the word “dismissal”, but rather alleges that currently and in the future those affected have nothing to contribute and are therefore dismissing their services.
