The police series with Nathan Fillion (Castle) can now be viewed on demand in the Netherlands at Netflix (four seasons) and at Videoland (five seasons).
The sixth season of The Rookie premiered on American television on February 20 and can soon be seen in the Netherlands: the new series will start here on Wednesday, March 13 on Net5. The Rookie revolves around John Nolan (Nathan Fillion from Castle), a divorced man in his forties who still wants to realize his long-cherished dream of becoming a cop and therefore joins the LAPD. In the first episode of the sixth season, Nolan and his colleagues must uncover the motives for the recent attacks on their agents. In the second episode, the team comes together to celebrate a wedding. The Rookie was created by Alexi Hawley (The Recruit), who previously worked with Fillion Castle. The series can currently be watched on Netflix and Videoland, although only the first four seasons are still available on Netflix and Videoland has also included the fifth season in its offering.
