BRATISLAVA – Vaneska tragically lost her beloved father in April last year. He had an epileptic fit on the ladder. He suffered serious injuries from the fall and they could no longer help him. Bitter fate also tested her mother, who fought cancer for many years. Unfortunately, she eventually succumbed to a serious illness a few days ago. Vaneska became an orphan.
The tragic fate of the Martin and Peter family from eastern Slovakia is heartbreaking. When Vaneska was only 2 years old, her mother learned of a dire diagnosis. At the age of 27, she became an oncology patient and had to undergo difficult colon surgery, during which part of her colon had to be removed.

“When I went to the doctor, they asked me if I had children. I said yes, a two-year-old. I asked why. They told me: Be glad you caught her. That’s when they found out I had a tumor the size of a ping-pong ball ball,” Martina said with tears in her eyes a few months ago in the Seventh Heaven show. However, she was far from winning her battle with the insidious disease. Later, findings of unknown origin were also found in her legs. Her insidious disease even confined her to a wheelchair.
The only happiness was her loving husband Peter and daughter Vaneska. He always took care of her and helped her with everything he could. His sudden death hurt them all the more. On that fateful day in April last year, Peter climbed a ladder to paint the ceiling. However, he suddenly had an epileptic seizure and fell from the ladder, as a result of which his skull cracked. The wounded man was noticed only by neighbors who immediately called for help. However, they could no longer help Peter. In the Seventh Heaven session, Martina managed to help at least a little. Vilo Rozboril was able to find new housing for her and her daughter Vaneska. They lost the original one because they couldn’t pay the rent.

Vaneska also lost her mother
After the tragic death of Vaneska’s father, the little girl lost her beloved mother within a year. Martina could no longer fight the insidious disease and succumbed to it in April this year. “A while ago, we learned the sad news. Mama Martinka succumbed to a serious illness yesterday. And Vaneska’s daughter became a complete orphan. Martina, rest in peace, you were a good person and a great mother. Our sincere condolences to the family. And, of course, we are finding out everything about little Vaneska, and if it is necessary and desirable, we are ready to help,” Vilo Rozboril, a well-known presenter in the Seventh Heaven, reported on her death.
“I can still hear her smiling words that her parents didn’t like her husband because he was an “ordinary bum”, but that she felt he was the love of her life. Since she had no means of housing after her husband’s death, they ended up in a crisis center. We helped them find an apartment in Kežmarok thanks to the intervention and personal involvement of the mayor of Kežmar, Janko Ferenčák. We renovated and furnished the apartment for them, prepaid for a long period of time. In the studio, Martina was bursting with energy and great determination to get stronger, get up from the wheelchair, start working and take care of her daughter.” swith tears in his eyes, he remembered their last meeting with the combative Martina.
