The accusations against Plaintiff M.M. include that he forged invoices for the disbursement of roughage attributed to the Middle Egypt Mills Company, and disbursed them by proving that these fictitious persons were entitled to disburse those quantities of roughage, contrary to the truth, and by that means they were able to profit from the recipients of those quantities, who numbered 3 people. They obtained a profit for them, which was the difference between the official price of the Middle Egypt Mills Company and the prevailing price on the black market, and that the total value of the profit that these merchants obtained from receiving the rough material, without right, is an amount of 2 million two hundred and sixteen thousand and eight hundred and seventy pounds. .

Investigations revealed that the accused (M.M.), Undersecretary of the Ministry of Supply, gave verbal instructions to others to disburse these quantities of roughage to these merchants, without any papers supporting the disbursement, and unlawfully, based on what was stated in the testimony of the defendants.

Officials in the Ministry of Supply and sugar companies were arrested on corruption charges. The Administrative Control Authority arrested the advisor to the Minister of Supply responsible for follow-up, control and distribution within his office in the Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade, and 9 others were arrested in a corruption network within the Ministry of Supply. And private companies deal with the Ministry of Supply.

The administrative control followed up this file well, and they were arrested according to audio and video recordings, and they also received major bribes, saying: “The minister has nothing to do with this matter.
