Silia is a singer of Cypriot and Greek descent, born and raised in Sydney, Australia, who has already made her mark in the entertainment industry. She has been the lead singer of the Australian Youth Performing Arts Company (AYPAC) and a recurring lead singer at many prestigious events around the world.

Offstage, her love for pop music blossomed and in 2022 she released her debut song, Who Am I?, which she had written and composed at the age of twelve. The singles, No Boys Allowed and Disco Dancer, followed in March and May 2023.

‘Liar’ was written by Dimitris Kontopoulos and the Dutch Elke Tiel. In recent years, Tiel has produced songs for Roxy Dekker, who scored hits last year with ‘Anne-Fleur’, ‘Vakantie’ and ‘Satisfyer’. ‘Liar’ was submitted to the Greek internal selection last year by Melissa Mantzoukis, but finished second. Because the song was not released, it could be resubmitted this year, for a different country, with a different singer and a slightly changed production.
