Comedian Whindersson Nunes invited the Vasco, on social media, so that the Rio club could lend him the São Januário stadium, in Rio de Janeiro, for his performance in aid of the victims of the tragedy in Rio Grande do Sul caused by the rains. In the statement, the artist mentions that he would provide the event structure for the show. Vasco accepted the invitation shortly after the request.

Within a short time of being posted, the comedian’s idea went viral on the internet and surpassed 350,000 views after half an hour of publication. After the invitation, Vasco accepted the situation.

According to authorities, there are 62 dead, 74 missing and 107 injured in the state. Civil Defense has 82,500 people away from home, 13,300 of whom are in shelters and 69,200 are homeless, who receive shelter in the homes of family or friends. In total, 317 of the state’s 496 municipalities recorded some type of problem, affecting 510.5 thousand people.
