According to the information provided by the Ukrinform news agency, the most serious damage occurred in clinics and medical offices in the regions of Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Donetsk, Kyiv, Chernihiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia and Kherson.
The ministry added that 502 damaged health facilities have been restored and another 362 have been at least partially restored. In the case of the latter, we are talking about minor damage, broken windows, damaged roofs or facades.
According to the ministry’s summary, the Russian army damaged 103 ambulances, destroyed 258 vehicles used in the sector, and seized another 125.
The Main Intelligence Group Command (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported on Sunday, citing intercepted communications of Russian troops, that the Russian military uses the Starlink mobile communications service owned by American businessman Elon Musk.
The Ukrainian intelligence service also published an audio recording on its Telegram page, which, according to him, can be used to hear communications in areas under Russian control.
A Russian-speaking male voice says “Starlink is working, there is internet”.

“SpaceX has never launched Starlink in Russia, nor delivered equipment to sites in Russia,” the company wrote on X. He added that if SpaceX learns that Starlink terminals are being used without permission, the company will check this and shut down the terminal if necessary.
