According to Sport TV, the termination of the contract has already been agreed after differences with president António Miguel Cardoso, who, allegedly, was not pleased to know that Álvaro Pacheco was in negotiations with Cuiabá without the club’s absence.

Álvaro Pacheco had a contract with Vitória SC until 2025, but the same source guarantees that the Guimarães club is already looking for a new coach for next season. It should also be remembered that Cuiabá ended for making Petit official as the new coach and the Portuguese headed to the Brasileirão.

At this moment, it is not yet known whether Álvaro Pacheco will leave Vitória SC immediately or only at the end of the season.
