Singer Belo is “going through a complicated time”, as he himself defined it. After announcing the end of his 16-year marriage with Gracyanne Barbosa, the artist burst into tears during the performance of his hit “Reinventar”, at the opening show of Soweto’s 30th anniversary tour, this Friday (19).
After the show, in an interview with Multishow, the singer commented on the breakup and said: “I’m feeling sick”. “It’s a very big emotion. I’m going through a complicated time, a very difficult time, right? And, of course, I’m here because I love art. I wouldn’t fail to deliver this to my audience, which is what I’ve been doing since I was a child. ”, said Belo.
“Despite any adversity, despite anything I’m going through, I think love always wins,” declared the artist.
End of marriage
The relationship of more than 16 years between Belo and Gracyanne Barbosa would have reached the end, according to information from Lucas Pasin, from UOL. The two had been separated for around eight months, but continued to live in the same house, where their families also lived.
And Itathiaia contacted representatives of the singer and dancer about the relationship. Gracyanne’s advisor said that, so far, “there is no official position from the couple”. Belo’s representative said that “she doesn’t talk about his personal life”, only his artistic career.
