Tesla will be preparing a new product that it hopes to reveal sometime in 2025. Its new 25,000 euro car, the Model 2, will be being prepared in the greatest secret, so that it can appear later to try to conquer the market. Still far from being a reality, images have now emerged of the Gigafactory Berlin, where Tesla’s future Model 2 may have been picked up.

Tesla’s next car will be a compact crossover codenamed Redwood. This is widely expected and should be called Model 2, following the brand’s line. Production of this proposal should begin at the end of 2025, according to the latest information, with manufacturing in Mexico and Berlin.

This last piece of information is important, especially given what has now been discovered. In footage taken by a drone, a very interesting vehicle was revealed in one of the parking lots at Tesla’s Gigafactory Berlin. It’s obviously smaller than the Model Y and the rear doesn’t look like any other Tesla released so far.

As soon as these images were revealed, the Internet quickly reacted and some offered their views on this new car. It could just be a partially destroyed Model Y, or even the dismantling of a competitor like Ford’s Mustang Mach-E.

The last theory cannot be refuted, due to the fact that only images captured from a drone and from very far away are available. As for the previous idea, that this is a Model Y, it seems to be wrong, considering the proportions compared to the car that is next to this mysterious proposal.

Even less logical seems to be that Tesla left a Model 2 body abandoned in the parking lot of the Gigafactory Berlin. However, the brand may have left something so obvious in plain sight just to create some kind of widespread interest in this new model that has been talked about so much.

In any case, it is currently impossible to be certain about what is stored in the Gigafactory Berlin parking lot. It is, however, very easy to speculate on the topic. The details are presented and, naturally, Tesla will not assume whether or not it is the long-awaited Model 2.
