The Forever Winter is on a gameplay demo

There are many survival games, and even more shooting games. There are also plenty of those where we fall into the middle of a timeless war alone or together with our friends. This shows that the Fun Dog Studios team is trying their luck with their upcoming game, The Forever Winter, in a particularly dense field.

In the game, we will be part of a war in which we can feel like a tiny ant. The war is fought by gigantic war machines the height of tower blocks. Unsurprisingly, these destroyed everything long ago, so players must scavenge through the rubble and filth for supplies and equipment to survive.

The war will constantly change around us as each enemy will have their own goals to fight for. They will react to events, including our actions, so the battlefield you left earlier will not be the same when you return to it later. Players will go further with tactical combat and stealth, but of course firefights cannot be avoided either. At times, you’ll also have to keep an eye on forty-foot-tall mechs equipped with tactical nukes.

The Forever Winter is currently only being prepared for PC and it is not yet known when it will be released. However, if the feedback from the players is positive and the game is successful, then there is a good chance that it will also be ready for consoles.
