Now that Tomb Raider I-III Remastered has hit digital shelves, developer Crystal Dynamics can fully concentrate on the next installment in the series. A Tomb Raider made in Unreal Engine 5, which we may have already gotten a first glimpse of.
A wallpaper has appeared on the brand new Tomb Raider website that shows us a ‘unified version of Lara Croft’. To view the image you must register.
The image unites the old and new look of Lara Croft in a modern version. As you can see, her outfit is inspired by the classic titles, but her figure and appearance are taken from the reboot trilogy. Her iconic twin pistols are also present.
Crystal Dynamics is currently working on a new Tomb Raider, with Amazon Games as publisher. According to Amazon, it will be the largest and most technologically advanced Tomb Raider game ever made.
