Both men worked at Cognizant Technologies, and Hameed had previously lived near the Narra family. Notably, he relocated back to India approximately six months after the double stabbing.
Despite his move, hameed remained employed by Cognizant, raising suspicions about his ability to conceal his whereabouts and perhaps his involvement.Authorities believe he leveraged his technological expertise to cover his tracks and obscure his past.
Investigators reached out to Indian authorities, requesting a DNA sample from Hameed. However, he refused to comply with the request, creating a significant obstacle in the investigation.
