AUR deputy Adrian Axinia reported the Romanian president, Klaus Iohannis, as missing, and now the policemen from Section 17 have given him an answer.

Adrian Axinia, an AUR deputy, reported the disappearance of the President of Romania, Klaus Iohannis, and demanded an explanation from the law enforcement officers. The police officers from the 17th Precinct reported that they have made several checks and that the reported aspects are not confirmed.

“Regarding your notification registered at the Public Relations department under no. 4445031/18.01.2024 and at the level of the Secretariat compartment under no. 4452061/18.01.2024, we inform you that, following the checks carried out, the reported aspects are not confirmed. We also assure you in this way of our full availability, according to the powers conferred by the legal provisions”, reads the response of the police.

Adrian Axinia made Iohannis disappear

Axinia reported Klaus Iohannis missing on January 18, at the 17th police station in Bucharest. George Simion’s man said that since December 18, 2023, Iohannis has not been seen in public and has not fulfilled his duties.

“Klaus Werner Iohannis has not appeared publicly since December 18, 2023. He is completely absent from the public space, failing to fulfill his legal obligations according to the job description established by the Romanian Constitution.

For example, given the massive street protests, he did not fulfill his service obligations outlined by the Romanian Constitution according to article 80 paragraph 2: “(2) The President of Romania ensures compliance with the Constitution and the proper functioning of public authorities. For this purpose, the President exercises the function of mediation between the powers of the state, as well as between the state and society”, the AUR deputy said at the time.

He asked Klaus Iohannis for an explanation

He claimed that “it is important to know what happened to citizen Klaus Werner Iohannis, because there are many people who consider his presence indispensable and who are waiting for answers to questions and solutions to the problems raised”.

“If there are health problems that prevented him from showing up at work, they must be known to his employers, the citizens of Romania. If he is in a situation of suffering, Christianly, we would like to be his support”, the AUR deputy also said, according to Digi24.
