From March 12, Odido will double the data bundle of mobile customers if they combine multiple subscriptions at one address. VodafoneZiggo and KPN have long been giving customers double data if they combine a fixed and mobile subscription.
Odido customers have been informed by the provider in recent days. This is an extension of the existing Customer Benefits program, which already offered customers a discount if they combined multiple subscriptions. Vodafone and KPN also offer doubled data if the customer combines a fixed and mobile subscription, but Odido only looks at the number of subscriptions at an address. So if a customer has two mobile Odido subscriptions at one address, the doubled data also applies.
In addition to the doubled data, Odido says it has increased ‘more than 80 percent of its current data bundles’ for free. Customers to whom this applies have been informed about this in recent days. Depending on the subscription, the customer receives an additional 1 to 5 GB per month. This upgrade is doubled for customers with Customer Benefit.
