A statement released in the early evening of this Wednesday, 31st, informs that the President of the Republic, João Lourenço, dismissed Joaquim António de Sousa Fernandes, from the position of Executive Administrator of the Board of Directors of SONANGOL-EP.
The same note informs that the Angolan Head of State terminated the term of office of Belarmino Emílio Chitangueleca, as Administrator of the Board of Directors of the National Oil, Gas and Biofuels Agency, having appointed him to the position of Executive Administrator of the Board of Administration at the Angolan oil company.
So far, Cidade Alta has not commented on who will occupy Belarmino Chitangueleca’s position at the National Agency of Oil, Gas and Biofuels.
