The Urban Development Fund offers payment periods that suit those wishing to obtain a housing unit, as 15% of the value of the housing unit is paid and the rest of the unit is paid over 5 years.
Number of units offered
The second phase includes residential units of various sizes, with the total number of units in the second phase estimated at approximately 3,000 fully finished units.
How to reserve residential units
The Urban Development Fund allocated a hotline number for the project, which is 15444, with the aim of facilitating communication for citizens wishing to make reservations to inquire and inquire about everything related to the project, including payment systems and their facilities.

Residential units were offered in the “Awqaf” area in Shubra, where the project area reaches 23 acres and includes 25 residential buildings, with a number of floors (ground + 10 recurring floors for each building), and each floor has 8 units, the average area of each of which is 113 meters, and there are two mosques, a bakery, a nursery, a five-a-side court, and 16 shops.
Sohag Governorate apartments
The second phase included residential units in two areas: Ard Al-Shouna and Ard Al-Mahlej. Sharkia Governorate apartments
