The appointment of the two new directors results from the resignation presented by executive directors Pedro Barreto and Francisco Barbeira, “with whom agreements were signed to terminate ties with BPI”.

Banco BPI announced to the market the co-option of two new executive directors. Ana Rosas Oliveira and Afonso Fuzeta Eça join the Executive Committee led by João Pedro Oliveira e Costa. The reasons for the resignation have not been given so far. But Jornal Económico knows that it was decided this Monday.

The two new co-opted administrators currently perform functions in the Senior Management of Banco BPI.
