In a statement sent to the editors of the Kianda’s Mailthe Management of the recently opened General Hospital of Viana, Bishop Emílio Júlio de Carvalho, informs that, from today, employees will be searched at the end of the working day.
At issue, according to the note, are the constant complaints of theft involving team members.
“As a preventive measure, from now on, employees at the hospital unit will be searched in their briefcases and vehicles at the end of the working day”, the statement said.
Opened two weeks ago by the President of the Republic, João Lourenço, the Viana General Hospital received medical and nursing technicians from the Américo Boavida Hospital, closed for renovations.
The wording of the Kianda Mail is making efforts to hear from the employees of the aforementioned hospital unit located in Centralidade do Zango 8000 in the next few hours.
