Brazilian journalist Giselle Kümpel became a victim of sexual harassment in front of thousands of spectators at the Brazilian football derby between Internacional and Gremio (3:2).

She accused the home team’s talisman of raping her after scoring the winning goal for his team and has already lodged a complaint with the police.

“When Internacional scored the winning goal for 3:2, he stood next to me and hugged me. Even with a mask, he pushed my head and asked me to kiss him. I heard the sound of the kiss and felt his sweat. There were other journalists, but he did that only with me,” she tells Globo Esporte, broadcast by BLITZ Sport.

“During the Grenal (Gremio – Internacional derby), a crime was committed against me: a sexual act by the Internacional mascot.

Another day when women want to do their jobs in football and suffer from idiots who are criminals.

I will go all the way so that no more women have to go through this,” wrote Giselle Kümpel on the X social network.
