UPDATE: Unfortunately, despite the resuscitation maneuvers performed by the medical staff, the driver was pronounced dead at the scene. It is about a 42-year-old man from the municipality of Oradea.
Thursday evening, at 8:00 p.m., the Bihor County Police Inspectorate was notified via 112 that, on DN19/E, at the intersection with DN1/P, at the exit from the Fegernic locality towards the Sărsig locality, Bihor county, in circumstances to be determined from the research, a road accident occurred, in which two vehicles were involved, respectively a passenger car and a road train with a semi-trailer.
As a result of the impact, the driver of the car suffered various injuries, currently he is being resuscitated by the medical staff at the scene.
At the moment, on that section of road, road traffic is blocked, informs the Bihor Police, through chief agent Alin Laza.
The traffic police are to carry out the investigation on the spot, to establish the causes and circumstances of the road accident.
